Elevated & Energized dance class is high-energy and dynamic, designed to boost your mood and fitness. The instructor keeps the energy high, encouraging participants to push their limits and express themselves through movement.. The goal is to leave you feeling invigorated and empowered.
Mondays | 6:30-7:15pm
Elevate & Empower yoga will be lead through a series of poses designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. The class includes breathing exercises to enhance relaxation and focus. Throughout the class, the instructor provides guidance on alignment and encourages mindful movement.
Wednesdays| 9:30-10:15am
